For these customers, PilotFish can gather the requirements, create the interfaces and then train their staff on how to use PilotFish to test and maintain the interfaces. We can also configure interface templates that allow them to add new customers by simply tweaking the interfaces and then testing them. Others may have an experienced team of integration specialists who only need to be trained on our software and then need some guidance as they build their interfaces. Some fall somewhere in between.

PilotFish provides an array of resources to support technical users of their integration tools. These include documentation, video tutorials, and access to a dedicated support team via one of our support packages. Customers with a support package can contact our support team for assistance with any technical questions or challenges you encounter during your data conversion projects by using the Contact Us form.


The base rate for professional services varies, with potential discounts available for pilot implementations, prepaid support hours, and monthly support programs. Training programs are also offered.


The typical startup process with PilotFish varies based on the client’s technical team experience but generally includes a 94-hour program of implementation, training, and mentorship. This comprehensive approach covers building the client’s first interface, followed by training and mentorship, supported by daily and weekly status meetings. The entire process can be completed in as little as 10 weeks.
