Partners
Working with industry organizations and technology leaders to support trusted, standards-based integration.
Standards Organizations & Industry Bodies
PilotFish maintains formal relationships with leading standards organizations to ensure our platform supports current and emerging industry requirements. These partnerships allow us to distribute official standards metadata directly within PilotFish software and stay aligned with evolving specifications and mandates.
Our standards partnerships include:
- HL7 – Healthcare messaging and interoperability standards
- X12 / Washington Publishing Company – Administrative and financial transaction standards
- ACORD – Insurance and financial services data standards
PilotFish is a member of these organizations and actively participates in standards development activities. Through participation in X12 working groups, PilotFish gains early visibility into upcoming changes to standards, regulatory mandates and government requirements—allowing customers to prepare for change with confidence.
Why this matters:
Customers benefit from faster adoption of new standards, reduced compliance risk and integration solutions that align with official industry specifications.
Value Added Resellers
PilotFish works with select value added resellers (VARs) that bundle, deploy and support our software as part of broader solution offerings. These partners extend PilotFish’s reach while maintaining high standards for implementation quality and customer support.
Current value added resellers include:
Touchpoint Medical
Touchpoint Medical bundles PilotFish software with its applications and delivers complete solutions to customer sites. These offerings support both on-premises deployments and newer cloud-hosted delivery models.
MIP Holdings
MIP Holdings is authorized to distribute PilotFish products to its customers and provides implementation and support services as part of its integration offerings. MIP currently supports more than 250 eiPlatform instances running in production.
Why this matters:
Customers gain access to fully integrated solutions delivered by partners with deep domain expertise and established service models.
OEM & Embedded Technology Partnerships
PilotFish also supports OEM and embedded technology partnerships in which our integration platform is licensed, white-labeled and delivered as part of another company’s software offering.
Duck Creek (a joint venture by Accenture)
Duck Creek has licensed and white-labeled PilotFish technology, offering it as part of its software portfolio to support its customers’ integration and data exchange requirements.
Why this matters:
OEM partnerships validate PilotFish’s architectural maturity and demonstrate the platform’s ability to operate reliably as embedded infrastructure within other enterprise systems.
PilotFish Partners
PilotFish partners are selected based on shared commitments to standards, reliability and long-term customer success.
